New Permissions to Restrict Users from Modifying Guest Preferences
The following permissions allows to restrict users from modifying the guest preferences that are saved in the reservation and guest profile:

Stay_WritePreferences: Only users with this permission can modify the guest preferences in the following areas:

On the Rooms Feature tab of the Preferences & History section of a reservation and guest profile:

Category and Feature drop-down lists.

Add a Preference hyperlink

Edit button in the guest profile

On the Rooms Preferred tab of the Preferences & History section of a reservation and guest profile:

Select Preferred Room drop-down list
-
Priority drop-down list
-
Delete icon

On the Guest Preferences tab of the Preferences & History section of a reservation and guest profile:

Manage button
-

On the SMS Preference tab of the Preferences & History section of a reservation and guest profile:

Save to Profile checkbox and the individual option checkboxes.

Stay_AddPreferencesOption: The Enter a Preference text field on the Manage Preferences screen (Guest Preferences ➜ Manage) will be displayed only to users with this permission.
By default, these permissions are provided to users with access to the following roles:

The existing WritePropertyPreferences and WriteTenantPreferences permissions allow users to modify the guest preferences at the customer level. These permissions are not dependent on the Stay_WritePreferences and Stay_AddPreferencesOption permissions.
